This release adds a new collection of trees, wind for fabric and foliage materials, randomized UV, and more.
Although this release is relatively smaller than Twinmotion 2024.1, it still delivers valuable updates, including new assets, enhancements to materials and rendering, and a range of bug fixes to improve performance and stability.
The Twinmotion Cloud Library now features 62 photorealistic growable tree species from around the world, including North America, Japan, Oceania, tropical regions, and Europe. Each species is available in three versions (young, adult, and old), totaling 186 unique trees.

Twinmotion 2024.1.1 introduces a new Wind parameter in the Fabric material that simulates wind animation on draped fabric such as curtains. The wind animation on the Foliage material has also been improved by adding a Sway parameter in the Properties panel for trees and bushes.
A new Randomize UV parameter has been added to selected materials, allowing you to randomize the UV tiling. This helps break material repetition and gives a more natural look, especially for organic ground materials like soil, grass, and pebbles.
The Match Sun to HDRI feature has been enhanced with parity between the Standard (raster) and Path tracer rendering modes when used. Workflow improvements include a camera roll feature in the Properties panel to enhance media images, new shortcuts when editing Sequences, and an updated Statistics panel.
