Monster Hunter Wilds Release Date Announced

The new trailer also introduces the flagship monster.

Capcom’s highly anticipated successor to Monster Hunter: World, Monster Hunter Wilds, finally received a release date at Sony’s September 2024 State of Play, accompanied by a new story-focused trailer.

The new trailer gives fans a first look at the flagship monster in the game, Arkveld, which “serves as the catalyst for the dramatic events that kick off the events of the story and formation of the Forbidden Lands Research Commission.” It also presents some new monsters that never showed up in previous trailers
